Your terms of service is corrupted and it clearly states "informal dispute resolution " which is to resolve this issue, but it seems very obvious that you’re obstructing justice. It’s wrong to treat people this way and my Community and online side will be exposing it. You’re supposed to provide support and guidance onto resolving the issue but are actively "ignoring" players which by the way is a criminal offence. Legally you cannot abstain! You’re showing complete unprofessional contempt and ignorance- irony which is illegal. I’ve mentioned the hate crime side to it also as this only makes this look worse. Additionally, your support service sent me 3 or 4 automated responses; to which angered me even more because you’re supposed to SUPPORT PLAYERS! This email support system is anbso TERRIBLE and less than useless as you’re now showing even more "maive" of responsibility as a serious issue like this should not be handled by robots. This makes me implicate your position as incompetent and deliberately misleading players into thinking they are being supported when they accept your TERMS of service when you’re all actively contradicting the rules and regulations. 3. The money side is the main issue here as well. You might as well have robbed me of my money as this is online theft! Even in the last 48hours before I got banned I’d spent 50 British pounds on content ( tickets , etc ) and I’m gonna go completely of the rails if that money isn’t reinstated back into my bank ASAP. You people have no idea the kind of suing you’re in for… on that front alone. Stealing millions of pound ls through money laundering people’s vulnerabilities. But what’s even more evil is your masking these crimes with a fabricated terms of service with a complete lack of professionalism and ambiguity (Which btw this won’t work out for any of you in a court room) 4. This brings me onto 4. Which I’ve basically explained half the issues with lack of proper curated data and citations. Scoperly as the new company buying your game makes this situation even worse as ideally you should be reinstating a new TOS that provides this ambiguity for all old and new players. Instead, it appears to me that company is banning people already. ambiguity in the TOS ,ultimately will be the downfall of your game It’s a disgrace to the people and shows how dangerous your game has become and how you operate without regard to your actions and how it affects others. Harassment by a player on discord (not scopely sanctioned but the official server 99 discord to harass and encourage players to quit the game due to them disagreeing with his political views. This is ongoing and has been for 1 year at least.

Someone hacked my Monopoly Go account, and now I have to suffer the consequences. I haven't violated any terms, and now my account is banned for six days. Plus, I'm in the middle of an event and only need one sticker to finish my album.

Scopely are completely ignoring my pleas that I’ve played by the rules and played fairly in the 17 months of playing. I purchased from in the app on their promotion/shop yet they ignored that fact. They were happy to take my money and won’t admit they’ve made a mistake and banned me and thousands more in error
I was banned permanently on the monopoly go game and accused of breaking terms and rules. I hardly played the game due to working 12 hour shifts.
Ive since learnt that thousands have been wrongly banned. Customer service are ignorant and basically ignore your concerns.
Will never play a scopely game and certainly will not recommend games to anyone. I purchased from within the monopoly go app itself yet they called me a liar stating I purchased illegally

you guys made a mistake. I planned ahead, played a lot, spent a ton of dice that took a long time to save.
Built a lot of buildings on discount.
I get punished for playing hard/smart. you guys have to uplift it; this is very unfair.

I saved up dice for a long time and spent a lot planning for the upcoming event. I played smart and planned ahead of time.

Every time I contact customer service, I am either basically called a liar in a very nice way, or that didn't happen. Now, if you guys can really record what's going on in our game, then I would really appreciate it if you could actually see what happened because I am over the top livid.
I do not lie. I have no reason for it. I have a four-year-old daughter who I am teaching the difference between right and wrong, and lies and no lies. Yeah, she's kind of young, but she should know better.
I am upset to know that because I had upgraded landmarks, I had $21 billion. I spent about $2 billion, which brought me down to $19 billion. I then proceeded to go and upgrade the rest of my landmarks, which started bringing me down to $16 billion. The game errors and takes my Monopoly Go money and it wipes clean my upgraded landmarks and what was previously upgraded and the new upgrades so I could move on.
Your agents keep saying there's no discrepancies. This is the third time. The first two times, I was missing dice and was told I had already received them, but I know I did not. Then I'm asked for photos.
I can't guess when the game will error to have to do that. Please help. I'm very frustrated and upset, and I don't believe they handle this correctly. I spend too much money on the game to be called a liar.
I was at 9,000 stars and now I'm at 9,015, and I had all my progress taken. That makes zero sense.

I was connected to live chat and after 2 days, 15 hours, 8 live agents, and numerous bots, my account remained inaccessible (all documented). I provided the agents with numerous screenshots including proof of payment.
It was clear they couldn't assist without me furnishing the screenshots. Shortly after my message to report Scopely, the last agent miraculously recovered the account.
Bottom line: Customer service at Scopely is pathetic and useless. This is about an online game, not access to a bank vault.
